So I have a decently moderate pms emotion change. it usually differs by day, but whenever I want to cry I get extremely ashamed and try to hide the emotions. I hate when people see me cry because I feel like they will get angry with me or ignore me. It's a vulnerable feeling that makes me feel alone and alien when all I really want is for someone to hug me or say they're there for me. My mom would always hug me and then say to get over it two seconds later so I never have time to have that emotional release. What do you think about showing pms emotions while your hormones go insane? Guys: do you think girls with crazy emotions at the time are ridiculous? would you encourage a girl to get it out of her system, get over it, or do it when you aren't present? Girls: would you hide it, let it out in front of everyone, or cry/ deal in private? How do you feel about it all in general?

It's our second anniversary and I am currently pregnant of our first child. I was really happy for this day I went shopping for a gift for him but didn't let him know since it was a surprise. After that we had to go to our prenatal class that didn't bother me. But the problem is he didn't tell me happy anniversary my mom had to tell him in the car happy anniversary... that was really weird then i thought he would tell me that in private afterwards. Nothing... I didn't even got a kiss from him today just a hug and a kiss on my belly. We don't sleep together since my movement at night due to discomfort is bothering him. Basically a really painful anniversary. He does a lot for us that is true but this cold shoulder that he gave me today hurt me a lot. What should I think
