I never thought I did, but I can see some changes now... maybe it's the weather or the astrology... but sometimes I can swing down and then feel better days later. I can lose my feelings (like... don't know what I feel) and find them some time later, or less energy and then get it back.

How many of you experience changes in how you feel?

I don't know for sure the cause... maybe it is "T"?

To reduce the difficulty in relationships and care and feeding of yourself, would it be fun and helpful to write a manual to properly care for yourself and/or your partner. The idea of this is both helpful and humorous to understand yourself and others. Whether you write it for yourself or the other is up to you.
