Personally I think that it sounds awesome. I would use the ''A'' or perhaps the ''B'' setting to go to work, sport and sleep, because boobs are rather useless in those situations, but go full on ''D'' or ''E'' for sex or going out to a bar.
The only disadvantage raised would be your brother or boyfriend getting hold of it without your permission, but as one particularly outspoken friend of mine pointed out, its exactly this sort of thing why God invented your fist.
