I've noticed the one manager at my work does this all the time , it doesn't even seem to matter what girl either , has to be 5 or 6 different ones I've seen him do this to since I started back in may. a couple of them he seemed to actually know and maybe they enjoyed talking to them but others he just seemed to decide that he wanted to talk to them for whatever reason. like I saw him try and do this to one of the girls I knew and talk to , I've never even seen them talk at work before and he just went into lunch room and sat across from her and she didn't seem to be feeling it and left soon after

like is this creepy behaviour? also considering he is " the manager " he's in a position of authority over them so its unlikely there going to respond rudely to him being there even if they didn't want to talk to him

it just seems like the kind of behaviour that borders on sexual harassment to be honest , its also weird as some of the girls aren't that old either like 17 or 18 and he's 25 . there is also a law here that if someone is in a position of authority the age of consent is 18 not 16 as normal law here is , so he couldn't even legally date some of these girls if there under 18 , he'd be breaking the law

A pregnant high school senior who attends a private Christian school in Maryland says it's unfair that officials there have barred her from walking at her graduation ceremony next month.

“Maddi is being disciplined, not because she’s pregnant, but because she was immoral,” wrote David R. Hobbs, administrator of Heritage.

Officials at Heritage Academy in Hagerstown have said the student, Maddi Runkles, is not allowed at the ceremony because she violated the school’s code of conduct by having premarital sex, Fox 5 reported.

Runkles, 18, found out she was pregnant in January. When she informed the school about her pregnancy she reportedly was suspended for two days and stripped of all her leadership positions.

She said the school required its students and parents to sign a vow at the beginning of the year stating in part, “This application extends to my actions, such as protecting my body by abstaining from sexual immorality and from the use of alcohol, tobacco and illegal drugs…”

“I signed it, which is like a typical thing every school year,” Runkles said.

The baby’s father does not attend the academy and the two do not intend on getting married, Runkles said.

If the teen is not allowed to walk at the ceremony on June 2 then she plans to hold a private ceremony and invite her classmates.
