This girl Amber and I started the same job on January of this year. She’s a server and I’m a dishwasher. She gave me death stares at first and wouldn’t look or talk to me and had this I’m better than you attitude. Recently - she and another girl always laugh and act obnoxious and giggle constantly. This new girl, Carly, is like in her 40s and is weird. She randomly breaks out and dances and sings “joey joey he’s the man if he can’t do it, Amber can” and “my back is aching, my head too tight my bootys shaking from left to right, left, right, left right, and Amber usually storms out of the room laughing. And I’ve heard both of them call customers ballsacks and laugh and I’ve heard Amber say to Carly “joey ballsack is here” and Carly says “ballsack jr” and they both laugh. Carly randomly yells ballsack in a weird opera voice. I have opened doors for Amber and sometimes she says thank you and sometimes she doesn’t say anything. I accidentally bumped into Amber and neither of us said anything. I’ve stood by her while putting stuff away or gabbing something and she seems uncomfortable and just walks away or walks over towards Carly. She doesn’t really smile at me. But she seems shy around me. She has talked to me before but that was when we first started and I was kinda a dick to her. Somebody told me that she jokes about me when I’m not around and always asks if I’m working tonight. She’s never told anyone she likes me and honestly I get mixed signals from her constantly. She thinks it’s funny when the other girl embarrasses me but whenever I come near her she gets tense or something I don’t know. I do notice her looking at me when she thinks I can’t tell but looks away as soon as I look at her. My mom also works at this place as a conceirge and last month, Amber gave her an attitude over something so now Amber just acts really awkward around her and doesn’t really talk to my mom when she sees her and my mom doesn’t say much either.

I was locking eye contact with this girl for a couple weeks, a year ago, and she was smiling, until I saw what appeared to be her boyfriend, so I never bothered approaching her. I see her a few times a week and initially I'd still check her out here n there cuz she's really attractive, but not lock eyes. I don't wanna deal with a girl who's taken and I feel bad for the guy. Looks to me she wanna cheat and I have zero respect for cheaters.

So I started avoiding her. But everytime she's around, she'll preen, set herself up to be approached even when boyfriend is nearby. She will walk by, come near me, stare stare stare, etc. She clearly loses all her cconfidence in front of me and becomes nervous. And when I ignore her, basically reject her, her face turns red and looks like she is about to cry. I thought I'd do this several times so she can move on, but she does this month after month after month. Wtf?

This been happening for almost a year. She's cute but a boyfriend is a big turn off. I don't know the dude but he looks like a cool guy, looks wealthy, and he's jacked. They talk, joke around, laugh a lot, look like a healthy relationship. I'd bang her, even try date her long-term if she was single. She looks mid 20's.

All the women I've rejected directly or indirectly, or shown disinterest in, they don't linger on for more than a couple months but she still at after 11 months..

Why she does this? And how do I get rid of her?

Looking for advice especially from other women.

There's this dude I'm friends with who came over as an exchange. We're both seniors in HS. When he got here, he was talking about how he'd taken some type of karate. Something like that, and how good he was at it. I also noticed how he's got a cocky attitude when it comes to girls. He's made comments about girls here, how they're cute or hot and stuff like that. I warned him that with girls here, taking a cocky approach like that will get you humiliated when you get slapped by them. He laughed hard and said that may happen to guys here, but not him. I asked why and he did some little demo... smirking all cocky as he pretended to duck a girls smack or block her hand out. Well... he's been slapped. By 2 girls. Both times... no block. No duck. Couldn't even move. Both cute chicks, and they got him easily. The last was this brunette on Monday. Like 5'3, big booty, right hand smack came up and around, and he was left😮😮😮looking from her booty to her face. Got slapped HARD. Went "Unnnh!😣😣😣" and she walked right past him. He's mad as hell, obviously his big talking didn't work. But what would be his best course of action right now?

Corey Wayne and Doc Love both recommended to never compliment an attractive woman you just met about her looks. She hears it all the time and it will do nothing to raise her interest level. They do say to compliment her on what she does or something else.

When I was younger I used to compliment attractive women all the time. But it only worked if they ALREADY were very interested in me to begin with. It likely hurt my chances with girls who were on the fence. Made me less challenging and mysterious. They already hear that five times a day

So tonight I stopped by a tanning salon. The girl working by the counter was drop dead gorgeous but I was at least 10 years older than her. She did lock eye contact with for a solid moment though. When I walked in the spray tanning in room (which is next to the front counter) I started to take off my shirt. I then realized the doors weren’t closed. I quipped “it might be a good idea to shut these doors”. The hot girl heard it and laughed. After I was finished I asked for her name. She then asked for mine without me volunteering it right away.

I so wanted to tell her she was very attractive but I stopped myself because she was working in a public place. Next time I see her I’m going to try to start a conversation. If I get a good vibe from her I’ll ask if she’s seeing someone. If not I’ll ask for her number. But should I compliment her?
