Search Results: wrong to be protective

I just have this very huge preference for Italian and 1st-generation Italian-American women. I just love how very nuturting, maternal, ladylike and protective they are of their men. Not to mention, they're not only ladylike and sweet but they can also be pretty brave when it comes to looking after their loved ones.

Just wondering since the vast majority of men claim that we exist to protect and reproduce with women because of our "instincts". The vast majority of men pretty much treat it like it's an obligation to protect any woman at all cost.

As for me, I don't feel much protective of women. Call me selfish but it's mainly because I just feel like I have really nothing to gain out of nearly getting myself killed for protecting a woman when she's most likely gonna take my courtesy for granted because I'm a man and all men in society's viewpoint are expected to suck it up and treat it as if protecting women is an obliged job for men. Not only that, I also think that even after making a lot of a life risks for a woman, she most likely would just leave me dead since society has taught men and women that women should always be more safe than men and all that stuff.
