I recently got out of a relationship and am looking to have some fun with this guy I used to work with, we have agreed that it would only be a casual “just sex” thing so I don t want to freak him out by talking about my mental health history especially because we really don t know each other like that. But on the other hand I don t want to take my top off for the first time in front of him for him to see these scars on my arms and freak out. I have stopped self harming now and haven t done it in over 2 months and I feel better than I have in over 3 years so there are only visible scars and not cuts on my upper arms and I am mentally in a great place meaning nobody would see or know unless I wanted them to despite the scars being very obvious.
