There is this mentally disabled girl who's always downtown talking to herself who sometimes ask for food. She seems shy and awkward but I assume she's mentally disabled because she acts weird and i always see her carrying around stuffed animals and talking about tea parties and picking flowers. She even talks to the stuffed animals like a little girl would so I assume she's not all there. I sometimes see her at the park picking flowers and making flower crowns for herself and her stuffed animals. I remember one day after I bought her some fries from McDonalds because I saw her asking around for food, the next day she came up to me and said in a childlike voice that she made it for me and shyly handed a flower crown to me and skipped away. She acts like she's 4 even though she looks to be about 21 years old and I see now that she's gotten bigger that she's heavily pregnant. Maybe 7-8 months. She's black and she's kind of pretty, but I feel bad for her because she's homeless. She lives in a box on 3rd street from what I saw or sometimes I see her under the bridge having make believe tea parties with her stuffed animals.

My question is what will happen to her baby when its born? One night I saw her caught in the rain and she was just sitting there in a brown storage box trying to shield the rain, but it was obvious she was getting wet. I'm pretty sure a baby can't live in those conditions, and she looks like she will give birth soon. I'm not even sure if she realizes she's pregnant.

Also is it even legal to sleep with someone with her mental capacity? Was she raped? I was under the assumption that people who were mentally incompetent couldn't consent to sex.

I personally don't have any money to help the girl, but would you help her? What would you do in this situation? Please go in depth on what you would do or if you would even care at all.

My mom has very short hair, and it's balding as we speak but she doesn't care. She just puts a wig over it. And calls it a day. When I was ten I stopped getting perms. She told me that kinky hair is ugly and straight hair is better. And kept trying to perm my hair until my older sister told her to stop. And told her to stop saying bad things about my hair. So my mom says I can't style my hair anymore because my hair is still kinky and ugly. So I let her style my hair for a week after my weave came out. So after she styled my hair for a week- my hair is very rough had I can't even get combs though it. I know she's my mom but after she styles my hair it becomes harder, comb can't go though it. When I did my hair I could get a comb though it but after she does for a week it seems impossible. my older sister told me to not let mom touch my hair anymore. Or just said don't let your mom near it. She says it needs to be washed but my mom says I'm not allowed to wash my hair at all. Even if it gets a little wet it's bad. She says my hair needs to go a few months without water. And I can't style my hair. So I don't know what to do but I don't want my mom touching my hair anymore. I just feel like my hair would be better off if she never touched it. But she says I style my hair poorly and says at the same time says it'll look bad either way because kinky hair is ugly. She stopped talking like this because my older sister came back but I still I'm not allowed to wash my hair but my older sister wants it to be washed. I don't know what to do..
