Inspired by the above myTake, I am asking if you believe in traditional household roles.
And by "traditional household roles" I mean that woman= caregiver, cleaner, cook, etc etc while the man= breadwinner, "head of household"

What I don't understand is that a *LOT* of guys on this site complain about being expected to make money and be "manly" and how women are just after money and want to be taken care of, yet most of the men so far have agreed with the Take Owner that that's the role men are supposed to have and women are supposed to stay at home and cook and clean. It doesn't make sense.

They claim feminists want their cake and eat it too, but... that's exactly what they want. You can't have it both ways. You can't bitch about how unfair it is that men are expected to get off their asses and work and then demand that women don't chase their dreams, educate themselves, and pursue careers, and instead spend evenings changing diapers and making meatloaf. You simply can't have both.

That Take p much proves how misogynistic this site is. ******Note: I'm not saying that wanting a traditional household is misogynistic, but believing that women inherently belong in the kitchen IS.******

And to continue my rant, how is it feministic to believe that women should be able to pursue careers? Many male users claim that the stupid fems are the ones opposing this. Maybe in 1952 feminism was about getting women out of the kitchen and into college but now, that's definitely not feminism. I thought we'd progressed past that by now.

Hey guys, well I talk to this guy on and off for about 5 months, but lately I've been trying to distance myself from him because I've realized that all he wants is his cake and eat it too. He never takes me anywhere, but yet he loves to meet up for quick make out sessions. Ugh. Anyways today he text me "hey" and I didn't respond because I was doing some running around and plus I'm thinking can't he ever say anything more interesting then "hey", so when I did finally respond I gave him back what he gave me and just said "hey" back. Guess what, no answer. hahaha. I don't get him, why would he text me then when I respond he ignores me. This is exactly why I feel like he's a waste of my time. He's not a little boy, so I don't know why he's acting like one. Is he playing games or was he trying to be funny?
