• No chips
• No white bread
• No fast food

• No ice cream.

try for 21 days and get results!"

2. How long would you have to workout to get a six pack?

Asked by Anonymous in Health & Fitness

"It depends on the amount of fat covering your abs. I don't have much, so in 2 weeks more or less I could get them to show easily. I don't workout, but I'm skinny/lean so even now I still have a 6 pack, but not as defined as those who work out though."

3. Anybody have tips on how to lose belly fat?

Asked by Anonymous in Health & Fitness

"Do more overall body strength training. The calorie burn is enormous compared to pure cardio, which will help your body burn more fat overall.

Cardio is still important because that trains your heart muscle, but incorporate more strength training. Hit those weights!"

4. I have lost a pretty good amount of weight yet I still have fat on abdomen and inner thigh?

Asked by @orangegasm in Health & Fitness

"I do wish people didn't worry about their weight so much it makes me sad, but what you are probably seeing is excess skin, many people lose weight thinking they will straight away look like the models in magazines or the guys try to look muscly like JLS lol (eww don't like JLS lol), but you will have excess skin after losing weight, you can do some weight training to tighten up your skin but you have to eat certain foods to get rid of the skin too, when you put on a lot of weight the skin gets streched out and loses it's elasticy so it doesn't ping back into place when you lose weight till you eat types of food and do some weight work, look it up you will find which foods help."

5. To those who have lost weight: did it make you happier?

Asked by Anonymous in Health & Fitness

"Yes, it sure did. My life got better physically, I started to have a higher self image and today I'm no longer ashamed of being shirtless, for example. Everything changed."

6. Is it possible to build muscles and lose fat at the same time?

Asked by @RoyalBlue87 in Health & Fitness

"Yeah. See a personal trainer. They will be able to write you a program to achieve your goals."

Opinion by @milliondollarbaby

7. How to lose weight without doing exercise?

Asked by Anonymous in Health & Fitness

"Eating a healthy diet can certainly help, as well as drinking lots of water, but in all honesty, exercise is the best way to lose weight, hands down. You don't have to go run a marathon, but just go for a walk or something simple like that. Anything is better than just sitting around."

Opinion by @UselessPotatoes

8. Has anyone used jumping rope as a means of improving fitness?

Asked by Anonymous in Health & Fitness

"Boxers jump rope so I would assume it would fit in well with your routine. I actually really enjoy it, it's easy to get into the rhythm and just keep going - plus I find the repetition and noise very comforting. Maybe comforting is the wrong word, meditative is more fitting.

But yeah, if you do it right you will get your heart rate up and that's always a good thing with exercise."
