remove all these 3 things from ur diet
1. Processed carbs
2. Sugar
and 3. canned or packed foods.
The rest of food that are not included in thoe 3 categories you can eat it with moderation

I'm serious.1. It's 80% nutrition and 20% exercise.
2. Drink a lot of water, fat can go away with your pee (sorry if my English is bad).
3. stretch more than you workout.
4. sleep at night, recovery is the key.

Personally, I recommend using myfitnesspal to record your daily calorie intake. With that, I lost around 10 lbs a month.
