I lost 70 lbs in 7 months. I did cardio for 30 minutes a day and maintaining a sumaximal heart rate of 70%. My caloric intake was determined by my weight at the time. Your body needs 10 calories per lb. To maintain normal function (So i. e. if you weighed 200lbs. You'd need 2000 calories a day to maintain that weight.) So if you weigh 200 lbs. Eat 1900 calories a day. And in theory you'll lose weight. It also isn't a drastic change so it doesn't put your body into "starvation mode" where it fights you because it thinks you're starving. On top of this the biggest advice I have is make sure you're getting enough quality sleep. If you have underlying conditions like sleep apnea or hypothyroidism your body will fight you on losing weight. Either way quality sleep is CRITICAL. When I lost the 70lbs. I weighed myself everyday. And I work Monday through Friday. I noticed I would seemingly not lose anything all week long and then many times would drop a lb. Or 2 over the weekend. And my final point is kinda Gross but totally true. When you weigh yourself. Consider your last bowel movement. Believe it or not taking a dump can make all the difference on whether you lost weight that week ( you might just be full of s*** 🤣).
Good luck!
