Yes, it sure did. My life got better physically, I started to have a higher self image and today I'm no longer ashamed of being shirtless, for example. Everything changed.

You would think. I lost weight but then gained it back again, although I still look decent. I looked so wimpy when I lost the weight, not to mention younger. Im actually comfortable with abit of chub
