It can be boring to go to the gym alone or you may not have enough motivation some days. These excuses won't work when you have a gym partner.
3. Don't think negative
Get rid of all the negative thoughts which say you can't do it and focus on the results.
4. Make it a part of your life
Dance with your favorite song.
Use stairs instead of elevtor.
Get off the bus one stop earlier.
5. Be patient
Be patient to see the results. Don't expect to have your dream body as soon as you start gym.
