For that sake of this question, I'm only considering a Bachelor's and higher.

I asked a question earlier about men finding women with a higher level of education attractive or intimidating. Most responses actually answered the question (which thank you to those who are able to do that) but there were some that thought I was 'bitter' because I'm single and educated (Bachelor's). Don't know how they got that conclusion from one question but any whooooooooooo...

I kinda noticed on this site in general that people without degrees like to knock down those who have one. It almost seems like they don't feel a Bachelor's is something anyone should be proud of. It's always 'wow, you wasted your money' or 'you know that doesn't make you smart, right?'

I'll be honest, but it seems like those comments come mostly from bitterness that they don't have a higher level of education or didn't have the ability to get one. I don't think I've ever seen anyone on here say that you need to get a Bachelor's so I don't get the anger from those who do not have one. I tell my students all the time that technical schools are great as are community colleges and certificated programs and that college is not the only avenue.

But it's getting really annoying that people who don't have a degree feel the need to knock someone down just because they do have one. I don't get that logic. I think they have the perception that a Bachelor's makes someone think they're better than others but really it's just being proud of your accomplishment. I think people without a degree act like they're better because they had this revelation that college is expensive as if no one with a degree knew that going in.

I've seen it from both men and women (though, granted, I've seen it a lot more from men) this attitude.

These women, in my opinion, have the worst personalities more so than lower class women as their self-worth is greatly exaggerated. They put up more walls and hate just about everything.
I’ve found lower class poorer women to be more interesting albeit way more crazy and unstable. Granted lower class party girls have many of the same traits as middle upper class women, it just seems that uneducated women are more open to experiencing life as it comes. The less intellectual someone is the more willing they are to make the first decision that comes to mind. That’s why you a plethora of uneducated women as single moms. They are too stupid to see beyond the front bumper in life.
I ha an ex girlfriend that absolutely hated thinking through any problem. It was a burden on her mentally so she made decisions with her gut. Most of the time it didn’t work out for her. She once bought a car on a whim and it turned out to be a lemon.

My partner was a high school drop out. He completed high school and is currently in college for me (according to him). Unfortunately, he is not taking his education seriously, he fails a class every semester and was only able to get C’s or D’s. However, I am very attracted to his loyalty, pheromone, and abilities to take care of house chores. He loves to make me laugh and happy. He is very protective, and he also told me that he wants to go to college.

I graduated with with a doctorate degree two years ago. I am older and ready to start a family. I make 5x more than he does. We would frequently run into miscommunication problems. He isn’t great with words, and I have a hard time reading his mind (I think it’s due to education differences). Financially, it’s stressful that I have to support the both of us, but worth a while if he finishes his education.

I am having internal struggle since he is definitely not taking education seriously. Wasting time on Facebook/other social media/watching shows instead of studying. Regardless of my advice, he is still failing classes left and right. I feel that I am just wasting my time with him. At the same time, he is visibly trying, but there’s little motivation for him to do well and complete college in a short amount of time.

What would you do if you were a girl? And what do you think he is feeling/expecting if you were a guy?
