never wore makeup in middle school. hell, I never washed my face, or combed my hair in middle school either. i got up threw on some clothes and ran out. I may of washed up and smelled good. but I rarely put any effort what so ever in my looks. I was fat. so i often looked dirty and sleepy. I basically let myself go and didn't care. then suddenly i noticed how rude people were to me. and i started being told i looked like shit. people would avoid me, or tell me i was a ugly motherfucker. i had very little friends and when i did they were rude. guys trashed my things and i was told i was ugly and looked bad. the guys would even rip up my folders and tell me always i was ugly bitch and no one liked me. my friends were the same way. so, one day i went to my mom and asked for braces. ( i had horrble teeth i was suppose to get braces years ago) she smiled and said, yeah girl!. so, i stopped sucking ny tumb and got braces. my doctor says they will be off soon. people tell me i look good now but behind my back i am told i look slutty. ;/ i even got myself a bigger butt. ;D

i know its wrong to change how you look so people can like you, but i did it thinking if i became cute people would like me. i will have a higher self self esteem and i could reverse the effects of bullying. was i wrong for changing my look?

people used to say me and my friends were ugly girls, and when she wasn't around people would tell me that she was hideous and smelled like poop, and why was I even friends with her? every time I was around her people would complain we smelled. but when I wasn't around her people never said I smelled. I don't consider myself better looking then her or better then her in anything. but it made her angry that whenever I would come around when I was talking to her friends, she would instantly become invisible and her ex ended up flirting with me. I was always in her relationship drama. I know, I guess you can say i am a bad freind but this made her angry and she started bullying me over it. i wondered if i was a bad friend becuase of this. she aslo cheated on her boyfriend with me a few times and the guy seemed so nice when we first met. i feel like if he knew what i did, he would hate me. drama like this kills me inside..

she thought i was out to steal her friends and ruin her relationships but you can't blame her.

advice?

This is super embarassing to ask but its something that bothers me a lot and im super afraid it would be a deal breaker in a future relationship. I really love to run and I run 6 days a week but in the summer time mostly, I sweat a lot and when I come back from runs I smell REALLY bad! like one of my friends, my mom and my stepdad have comented on it when I come back from running and they have been around. I take a shower right away after ward and I've even used lots of body spray and deodorant in the mornings, before a run, and after a shower, but it still happens!!

-It mostly only happens in the summer and super hot weather
-It may be because I have type 1 diabetes and I've read that this condition causes your sweat to smell worse than other people's sweat

Guys, would this bother you if you were in a relationship with a girl who smells bad after runnning/working out?
