she passionatley hates my ex boyfriend for no good reason... she thinks the guy abused me which isn’t true just because this other girl messaged her saying bad stuff about the guy which were not true at all... she also went as far as prohibiting me from leaving the house for 2 while months cuz she didn’t want me going to see him

so due to all this I’ve been seeing him in secret and have had no choice but to tell her that I have been seeing an old friend of mine whom she knows from years ago - but I’m really seeing my ex because me and him still love each other...

my mom was the cause of us breaking up - she was saying bad stuff to him that I’m slow and can’t take care of myself and that I can’t handle finances, etc... she was saying things to get him to change mind about me and she caused us to fight and break up at one point...

so what’s my moms problem and why should I do?

My ex boyfriend and I have a history of 2.5 years... we’re still seeing each other in secret to this day... he insisted for me to take birth control because he wants to be intimate and I’ve been taking them so this week when we were having intimate time he rejected me and I got very frustrated and shouted at him... first he insisted for me to be protected then he says no... did I hve the right to be frustrated? Or did I overreact?

he hugged me and kissed me before I left then he said he needs to think , then he said I have one more chance then again last nite he said he needs to think and that we will talk... he said he was very hurt and he needs to think... things were going good up until now...

does he want to break up? Or is he teaching me a lesson? We are very close and he trusts me with super personal stuff...

In straight & had a few relationships - some short term & some long term

she's bisexual & never had a real relationship
Although she has been seeing different guys & having sexual relationships

she's always been a tomboy - wearing casual clothes (hardly wear dresses), never carry a handbag, never does her hair & nails

Until recently
- she's been buying dresses
- she carries a handbag
- she asked for my hairdresser & now does her hair there
- she asked for my nail salon & now she does her nails there

And some of my ex boyfriends were Spanish/latino
And then she asked me:

Her - never dated a Latino guy, whats it like?
Me - lol thats random. Well some are ok and cute, some are weird and gross and just want 1 thing
Her - lol dont say that. Next minute, I end up dating one

What the heck?
I love her as a best friend
But is she trying to copy me?
Im so confused!!
And if she is, WHY?

My ex boyfriend and I had a few fights and we took a small break and he went out with another woman and I went out with another guy... my mom was restricting me from seeing my ex whom I have 2.5 years of history with and went as far as stopping me from leaving the house just because she hates him - she misunderstands quite a lot and thought he was abusive which wasn’t the case at all... For 2 while months we didn’t see each other and he was begging me to come back to him but my mom wasn’t letting me and she went as far as writing an essay to his parents via text message saying all these bad things about him...

did my mom have the right to do this or is she wrong for interfering in my relationship?
