Search Results: getting into college high school

I turned down a few girls in college and high school. Usually they're my friends before and after I turned them down. Recently a lot of them have been getting into relationships or getting engaged. Whenever I see them pop up on my news feed on Facebook I like them. Today I realized that this may not be a good thing to do. I often tried really hard to stay friends with the girls I turned down to make sure they knew I still liked them as a person and a friend I just didn't want to date them. (I'm naturally a solitary person) I've even attended the weddings of two girls I turned down and became friends with thier spouses (kinda). So I felt like being supportive of their relationships was the right thing to do. But I realized that i'd never do it to an ex girlfriend so I can't help I may be doing the wrong thing here. What do you think?

If it matters, most of the time I turned down girls by purposefully avoiding relationship talks and activities and stuff until they gave up but occasionally I did have to have face to face conversations were I had to verbally say no.

And do you think it makes a difference if you've been in sexual situations with them?
