I'd guess so because on average, men's shorts only show about half the leg, stopping slightly above the knee, while women's shorts show basically the entire leg, stopping right at the top of the thigh/slightly below the butt cheeks. For visual examples, styles may vary, but on average, men's shorts lengths are something like this, while women's are something like this.

Not only that, but in addition to women's shorts typically showing more skin, women are expected to shave, and judged rather harshly if they don't, while for men society just doesn't care. Meaning women basically have to shave their entire legs all the way through since women's shorts are so short. You can even see this in the photos I linked. The man's legs are hairy and the woman's are clean shaven, because society just doesn't care what men do with their body hair, while the same doesn't hold true for women.

And as such, it's easier for a relatively confident man to just put on some shorts and head out, while a woman would have to be REALLY confident in her legs, and on top of that do a lot of shaving and exfoliation before they can even put on shorts.

That's just my take on it, but... is it wrong? Is it right?

Don't you think that it's unfair that women/girls aren't "allowed" to go topless but men with hairy chest and stomach can go topless and expose their ugly hairy mess?
Why is it so that women aren't allowed to expose their beauty while men can expose their beastly hairiness?

As a man ( I am much more hairy than an average man anyway) I personally feel envious of women for their natural almost smooth skinned face and body. It's such a blessing that women have, which they don't even realize.
I also compare women and men in terms its body hair and they're skin is so much better least hairy than a man...
Both men and women are mememem of same species. WHY NOT TO COMPARE. WHY SO MUCH DIFFERENCE?

Guys how hairy are you on your thighs and legs and girls what way do you generally prefer on your men?

Guys who are typically very hairy do you ever feel insecure and inferior compared to a woman's smooth skin?

Would you be freaked and creeped out by a man having very thick hairy chest that's visible at the top of the button down shirt and having lot of arm hair and still wearing half sleeves?

It would be a creepy sight for you and you would avoid being anywhere near this man?

Would you like to and prefer a world without men? A world where there are ONLY women and NO men. A more beautiful , more aesthetic and least hairy world because there would be NO men... a more safe secure pleasant calm peaceful world?
No worries of rape / sexual harassment / sex /pregnancy etc?
Women would wear whatever and however they want to , go whenever they want to.
No wars , no riots , no sex , no beard , no chest hair, no bald head. Etc.
