I've been with my company for over a year and i have a crush on my supervisor but does he have the same feelings? He is a nice guy and a bit of a flirt. He has a girlfriend and mentions her a lot around me. Over time i have noticed things that make me wonder about him and I, like whenever i go into work on my day off i end up seeing him everywhere i am in the store one day he was on the lift going to the back of the store and bent over just to be face to face with me and even kept looking back after he passed. whenever i am working we always seem to make eye contact even if one of us is talking to someone else or across the room. It seems to him i can do no wrong when it comes to work, he'll cuss and fuss when it comes to others but not me. I keep getting "promoted" but i don't know if thats from my hard work or him keeping me from moving to another department because then he won't be my supervisor anymore. The one time i did talk to him about moving departments he got mad and tried talking me out of it. Whenever were close to one another it gets ackward especially on register when he's helping because we both try to type at the same time and our hands touch and we jerk them back then we both try again with the same outcome until i just let him type. Recently he's gotten comfortable around me i guess because he started cussing around me and touching my shoulder, back, or playfully. We joke around a lot and talk about work but nothing personal. I just dont know please help.
