Search Results: loud or quiet girl

So this may be obvious but I am trying to figure out if this guy in my class likes me-he has been giving me mixed signals. I just recently became single and I am wondering if he just didn't try anything because I was taken. I am almost positive he is a shy guy. Here’s the signs:

Good Signs:
• If I catch his eyes from across a room, he looks at me and will sometimes quickly look away
• Blushes when I talk to him
• Listens to every word I say and responds when I am in earshot
• He was telling our group today about a friend (girl) he is going to visit in california but quickly looks up to me and says it is a group of old friends and mentions a lot of people are going
• Looks to me to be laughing when he makes a joke in class
• Checks ALL my snaps
• Agrees and likes everything I say I like
• Last weekend sat as close as possible to me at a party the whole night-touching at one point
• If I ask for help on anything he doesn't hesitate
• Leans in when he talks to me
• Gets jealous or immediately interested when my ex comes up in convo
• Stands near or body facing me when I am around
• Gets quiet when I am around, is normally pretty loud
• Gets nervous around me

Bad Signs:
• Recently hasn't made efforts to hang around where I am at school with our group of friends
• Doesn't hardly initiate text conversation out side our group chat
• Hasn't been as joking with me as he used to be in person and in group chats
• Doesn't send me private snaps, only group snaps
• Doesn't sit next to me in class and almost seems to avoid sitting next to me
• Seems to avoid the group text conversation as soon as I say anything in it
• Is always on his phone when we are alone- like he is trying to avoid talking to me or is too nervous to. Not sure.
• Doesn't watch me or look for me in class (yes we can see out of the corner of our eyes guys) as much as he used to

we flirted nonverbally for more than a year. When I would come into class he'd look me up and down a lot. When I'd be on the opposite side of the room he'd come over for no reason and check me out and not say anything. In the beginning he was overly chilvarous but eventually he started checking me out a lot. I told the whole class I was leaving for college this year and he turned around and looked at me. Since then he's been liking every single pic of mine on Instagram and even commented "nice 👌🏾👌🏾"on a selfie. He's dated a good amount of girls and I haven't dated so I have no experience. So his friends and my friends were all hanging out today and he was sitting behind me and talking to them. I interacted with some of them cause I know them but he didn't talk to me or anything he talked to the guys and girls that he went to school with. His friend got loud so I turned around and he started making jokes about his friend and looked directly at me. Then I told him he should dye his hair (everyone else was telling him) and he said no. But then He asked me what would I suggest and I told him and he got quiet and listened carefully. He was about to say something but I started texting my friends on my phone. Does he like me or he's not interested anymore?

So this older guy (about early 40s, I'm 23) started at my work. He is well dressed, groomed and looks quite confident and smart. I was very friendly toward him but he kept a deliberate distance by being cool, not rude. So I gave up.
He's a quiet type, bit withdrawn but can be very outgoing at times, people generally like him and ask his advice as he seems very intelligent and some things he says sound really wise.

He had to sit beside me for a few days. First he said nothing. Next afternoon he just asked me how I was and that was it- never stopped. We both like Sci Fi , books and David Lynch. He knows lots, like he said the puzzle in Good Will Hunting wasn't that hard and even gave me advice for an application I was doing, offering to look over it as he's been a manager before.
Then for a few months we didn't see each other. I moved on with my boyfriend and he knows this.
Anyway, I catch him looking at me across the office often though he looks away if he thinks I see him. Not in a creepy, undressy way but a warm smiley way. He never just hangs around me or makes me uncomfortable, never says anything odd or sexy when he makes conversation in the kitchen though he does act a bit nervous.

Recently in the canteen he was sitting across from me and didn't see me as he was being quite loud with this blonde girl he'd trained with, laughing and different from how he is with me. He was quite open with a guy he'd trained with too.

Few days later he started up a conversation in the kitchen and as we walked back to our desks he suddenly apologised for not saying anything to me in the canteen as he hadn't seen me till I was leaving. I laughed and said I hadn't noticed.
Later we were the last two in the office and he made conversation as I was leaving, asking if I'd be doing Christmas shopping. When I said I did it early so I could chill and watch others do it he laughed, and said I was sharp and that was one of the things that "make me like you".
So, does he fancy me?
