Trump and First Lady Melania Trump, have tested positive covid 19 Thursday. He reported feeling unwell on Wednesday. At that time being aware that his senior advisor Hope Hicks, with whom he has frequent unprotected contact with, had been diagnosed with covid 19 on Tuesday.

His staff knew he was feeling unwell on Wednesday. The staff was aware of his possible condition. This was not reported publicly. He boarded a plane. The other passengers were not notified of his possible condition. He went to the debate. The audience did not know of his possible condition. His family sitting in the audience refused to wear masks that were offered to them.. Every where he and those close to him went , they were putting others at risk #knowingly

... Some staffers declined the trip for their own safety.. but they said nothing to the public.

What I find problematic is there was no contact tracing and innocent people were exposed. Whether you think covid 19 is serious or not , 200,000 people have died, and people have a right to know if they are standing near someone who Might be infected.

There was no Informed consent.

President Trump prides is a key actor in a system that Prides on moral superiority in relation to the entire world. This position of “ super power” is ostensibly earned by maintaining order, in a chaotic world. Superior to other countries and superior to citizens belonging to his own country. Blaming other countries for the current pandemic. Attacking citizens of his own country for reckless behavior, that ostensibly puts other United States citizen at Some form of risk.

in my opinion, superior leaders of the free world, should MINIMALLY provide -be held accountable when they fail to provide- their own citizens with the power to exercise their right to Informed consent.

Informed consent developed in 1960s after Nuremberg trials. This law was inspired passed and ultimately enacted, in reaction Against Human experimentation.

Starting at the age of 9, I was allowed to walk home from school and vice-versa alone, go with my friend to a huge shopping mall and return late in the afternoon, stay home alone for several hours (a couple times till the evening... I already knew how to cook some things), walk several blocks to the park, talk a public transportation to several places, etc.

In my parents' view, I was a kid with street smarts that already knew basic rules such as not trusting nor opening the door to strangers. Meanwhile my boyfriend and best friend think differently. They think my parents just got lucky nothing happened to me. In your opinion, were they too trusting?
