Im a teenager, out of school, working part time until I get into college next year. I expected part time work (especially for someone as young as me, I'm the youngest employee!) to be minimal hours/days, and just wanted to make some extra money to save up. Instead I'm over here in an understaffed small business getting 5 to 7 hour work days 5 days a week. They even have the audacity to ask me to work on the rare days I have off!

I've discussed with my boss needing to work less, and was given the perfect amount of hours for the last 2 weeks with days off, but just received another work schedule and it's back to 5 days of 5 to 7 hour shifts. I was totally pissed when I saw it as I know that working like that affects my attitude and productivity. But I'm so sick of having schedule discussions with my boss (there's been various misunderstandings and issues with the schedule) I'm ready to throw in the towel. Im hesitant to quit as I've only been there 2 months and in the interview I mentioned wanting to be there a year (before I was aware of the crappy schedule I'd be subjected to) so I at least wanted to make it till summer. But I just feel so done with this job. What should I do?
