why are black and Indian man the most desired group now in the USA, and Canada?

From what i been seeing, I notice girls really love Indian men from India, and black men (African american). Its these 2 groups that all women in the USA and Canada seem to totally adore. Is it because they are exotic? Or because they are hard-working, loyal, trust-worthy? Or because they are disciplined, strong, and smart? I really have to know, how these 2 groups, Indian and black men, seem to have taken over the dating world...
