If you become distracted or heavily distracted your power temporarily drops and you must concentrate again to raise it again. You can absorb up to 1 gigawatt of life energy.

Light Manipulation
You can create diffuse light from your fingers or eyes, or create polarized light. You can even create laser light in this way. Limited to Visible Light and 1 gigawatt of power total. Your power source is nano-fusion inside your cells.

Unbreakable
Your bones are as hard as diamond and have the tensile strength of Damascus steel. Your flesh is still vulnerable to injury.

Sound Manipulation
You are able to produce sound waves up to 1 gigawatt and as loud as 200 decibels. Your power supply is nano-fusion inside your body. You are even able to produce "super-sonic sound" and use it to fly (Banshee).
