I've always known that I make exaggerated faces when I speak, but when I went through a little "mock" conversation in the mirror to see how I really looked... some of them are pretty comical and contorted... eyes, brows, cheeks, lips... any muscle in my head region is fair game. "Sideways, and slantways, and longways, and backways, and squareways, and frontways, and any other ways you can think of!" Hahah.
My voice also raises and lowers throughout it.

If I ever see it on other people, they generally have a fitting bubbly, extroverted personality - which is not how I see myself. I am rather serious, but in social instances I feel awkward, so the faces and overdone grins must seem strange.

By the title question, it isn't as much if men find overly expressive faces in normal situations an attraction, but more so if they find them bizarre or a deterrent. Any opinions on it, either way, are appreciated.

So I met this guy in college, first day he chose to sit next to me we started talking and created and empathy right away, everything was going fine when he told me his gf is studying at a faculty close to ours, making me think that was a “step back” move, but days later he invited me for coffe and I said no bc I had stuff to do, I notice that he is always trying to stay as close to me as possible, pointing his feet towars me, his shoulder touching mine, In a group I’m the only one he looks at, focusing his atention on me, even sings to me. Later he invited me again for coffe and I accepted and he paid for it, I insisted to pay and he said u’ll pay next time ok? and in that second coffe, he was also the one who invited and paid again saying that he would never let me pay, while guiding me he placed his hand on my lower back, always very gentle. Then I found out he and his gf broke up, since then he invited me twice more for coffe but went wrong bc friends of ours went along. Last time I was with him I noticed him closer and funnier, placing his hand at the back of my chair, making a lot of eye contact, staring at my lips, complemented my eyes, messing with me, playing around with my stuff. We’re closer than ever but he hasn’t asked my number wich makes me think he’s not into me and just sees me as a normal friend.
