A = A natural beauty. The person used to have a beautiful face and body you finds extremely attractive, but after a severe car accident the person got the whole face injured and is waiting for a face transplant. The person is still fertile and when getting a child, it's very likely the child would look like the person before the accident.

B = A natural unattractive. The person do biologically/originally look unattractive. But after several cosmetic procedures, hitting the gym and improving the fashion style (either clothing, haircut/dye, makeup etc.), the person may appear like a model. The person pass as a natural beauty when meeting them, but it's very likely your children would get the unattractive features since cosmetic procedures don't change the genes.

I actually prefer women without makeup (wearing makeup for special occasions OK). I think more women should embrace their natural beauty and not rely on face paint. Also, some advise for women, when you go without makeup for the first time and everybody is shocked to see you, its not because your ugly at all, its just that you look a little different and they didn't expect it, you just need to go without it for at least a couple days instead of chickening out after the first day. But most likely your man will like the change.
