For technicality: you have to stay transitioned for one full year. And you do have to legally switch your sex to your transitioned one for that year. But after that you can transition back. And you can get your old junk back if you ask the doctor to save it guys. And girls too.. if that's a thing.. I don't know.
And the number ten million is after tax. You get the full ten million completely "free" plus the cost of the surgery. So no doctor fee either.
