So, the one i truly loved, dumped me after more than a year together, saying she needs a break, and she will DECIDE LATER, if she wants this relationship.

It has been a year, LDR due to a one year army service, and I struggled through depression, I lost feelings for her during that long time, but never showed that I did, until she did help me through it, in distance.

She moved to a country that she could be closer to mine, were she could work, and make money, to visit me, while I can't leave mine for a year nor work, and I did appreciate what she was doing, but everything changed the last minute, right before she could come and visit.

Her reasons were that she can't be in a relationship were she's not happy, having doubts, too scared from seriousness, and she knew I took her for granted.
and other uncertain reasons, of course she wouldn't tell me all the reasons, these are just excuses, and I know she didn't cheat on me, but maybe she fancies someone or she lost attraction to me, or she felt better about herself when she started working and depending oh herself, which is good but not a reason.

Maybe I was acting needy, overly attached, while fighting depression and missing her a lot, which made her interpret things the wrong way, that she felt that I was controlling her.. and I knew she started to back away and loose feelings, since we had a big argument (2 months before break up)
cause i was miserable during depression, unsupportive, controlling, over worrying, always complaining, telling her to come visit every while. Yea it was wrong.

Then the way she talked changed, never asks for skype, she complained she hates the way she felt towards me, it was like ups and downs, and i felt she was sometimes testing me, and my neediness. She changed, I know she did loose attraction.
And there is more details that happened

I haven't bad mouthed, yes i did a mistake talking to her parents and her twice after breakup as an apology.
what to do now?

This girl knows i like her as lover. I told her
I am a martial artist. Wen talking to her alone. I found out She was not encouraging and comfortabe since me competing full time and when i won tournament. Since she feels its dangerous and no safety and risk of getting shoulder dislocation and knee tear or fractures. I never came across any friend mentioning this in a way she said "I won't encourage this" when i said anthr three years i will compete before turning to full time coaching. She was saying "i loved wrestling in young age but after seeing this near i tend to feel bad" she added "wwe wrestlers are toned and able to take falls. You guys dont do those regimes its easy u guys can get injured" also uour parents getting concerned is correct. She again stressed "i won't encourage"
What she means? I was smiling and i can't agree with her. She maybe shit testing whether i agree with her or stand up to what i do. I jus said the only thing i can best is fighting judo i agree with ur opinion but i believe i am made for this... she smiled saying "i am not criticising u. But this is my opinion" why shud u take such risks when knowng u can get injured anytime when u step in the tournament.
I felt like feeling a boxer's wife caring for her hubby's life. Is she care like friendly care or love care. No one ever spoke to me like she did. Most frnz of mine either encourage or they dont spk like she did when u get ankle sprain... I was confused when she stressed " i won't encourage" does she mean generally or to me ;-) i know i am over analysing her each and every action...
can't help it cause she looks at me when i chat with other girl..i feel like she is watching me when i am at distance...

At the moment I have three options.

1. My ex-girlfriend (who is in a relationship, that is going to last exactly one more week). We were together for two month, she was in a ldr at that moment, we separated when her boyfriend came to live with her. We were both very sad about this, but she had begged him to come to live with her before she met me as she is quite needy.

+ We take care each other quite a lot, in four own way

+ She is crafty

+ She would want to spend every minute with me sharing everything

+ She loves travelling

+ She is very intimate

+ We can have deep conversations

+ She always needs to be hugged in taxis

+ We like to make long bus journeys, and she always wants me to sleep very well letting me sleep on her chest

- She can get pissed off easily

- She does not communicate that she is angry and makes me guess why she is angry

- She does at least some medium nagging

- Is constantly shit testing me, especially around other people

2. My rebound girl

I always fancied her and I knew my ex was jealous of her, so I started dating her when her boyfriend came (shame on me)

+ Is an artist

+ Is fun to go out with

+ Is affectionate in public

+ We can have deep conversations as well

- Likes to keep her distance

- Likes to act hard to get

3. A normal girl

I girl I no from my college. She went for me in the beginning but was a bit shy in the end. I have not seen her in quite a while, but today I saw her playing basketball and thought that maybe I should go for her.

+ She is positive and likes to laugh

+ She has her life under control

+ She is a fighter

+ She plays basketball

+/- I know the least about her

- She lacks life experience (she is the youngest of the three)

- Is a bit shy

- Might not be the best partner to have deep conversations
