I told this man that I don't know if I can continue our casual sexual relationship. I feel morally wrong about it and I have feelings for him. He responded that he had feelings too, he's just better at checking them and he doesn't like to talk about it. He also said I'm his best friend and he doesn't want to push me away. I am very hurt. Am I being used and strung along?

in the summer I met my friends cousin at a concert and we hit it off. he ended up being 4 years younger than me, and I started to really like him so I didn't mind. He was very persistent and enamored with me, always excited to be around me.. almost like a puppy. Suddenly through text on Halloween all he said was 'I respect you too much to string you along. we both want different things. we shouldn't see eachother anymore' all I said was 'okay. I saw that one coming. have a nice life' and I never heard from him again. he unfollowed me on Instagram, and recently deleted me off of Facebook. Why? our relationship was so new, nothing bad happened. What is going through his head? I don't understand and am curious as to why he acted/ is acting this way out of nowhere when we have no contact anyway. If he just doesn't give a sh*t why remove me from social media that he hardly uses?

This man I have deep feelings for keeps talking to me. We have seen each other several times over the past 2 and half years. Every time we are together, we have an insane sexual connection. He is with someone now and so am I. I asked him why he continues to talk to me and he says that I am easy to talk to, I understand what he is saying and I listen to him.
