Matchmaking in real life can be a really messy business and many preffer to stay away from it. That is because it requires insight into human nature and enough experience with people to be able to predict their relationships to one another. Not to mention you'll get blamed if it falls apart. =p
So here on GaG, we get to play a game of matchmaking without any of the consequences. Study the following 4 characters and pair them into 2 couples you think would work best. Explain why if you can.
Lets see what GaG considers to be a wise approach to compatibility...

She is very shy in nature, kind, peaceful and compromising. Can't bring herself to hate anyone, always seeing ALL sides to a story to a creepy point of analysis, and this causes a conscious sort of "naivete" that makes her so forgiving that she becomes vulnerable and open to getting hurt very easily. Being naturally sensitive and unable to hide it, she runs away when emotions like embarrassment and sadness overwhelm her, otherwise it's there on display. This also means she has a lot of trouble standing up for herself often getting the short end of the stick, but only ever blaming her own lack of assertiveness for it.
Her ability to quickly bounce back, and even encourage others who remain distressed with a warm smile, few actually see as her version of strength. She lacks confidence and is not very comfortable with excessive compliments and tenderness her friends offer her. She honestly doesn't believe herself to be above anyone in any way despite her perfect grades/conduct/selflessness. This sometimes irritates her friends, while her shyness and quiet nature make others think she in fact has a superiority complex hidden behind false humility.
In her spare time she loves reading, running alone, playing Sims, cooking and writing short stories for her younger siblings who enjoy them a lot and often ask when she's writing the next chapter. They are attached to her like they would be to their parents (famous biochemists and entrepreneurs), whose absence Hana tried to make up for since she was 8 years old.
Her childlike face makes her look 15 adding to everyone's need to treat her with kid's gloves (which she understands and appreciates despite finding it unnecessary). She never had a romantic relationship being too shy to flirt with anyone. No one would guess she has almost genious IQ, some even believing she is quite dim. Nor do they suspect that she's a closeted pervert. Or sexually mature for that matter.

Sarah aspires to be polite, "ladylike" and classy, idealising famous female politicians, actresses and thinkers. She is naturally cheerful, charismatic, confident, with an ability to "seduce" both men and women alike. Many suggest she goes into politics instead. When her ideals escape her and her temper gets the better of her, a sharp tounge, knowledge, logical mind and quick wit maintain her popularity. Debate secretly gives her an irresistible adrenaline rush bringing her fame and sucess in college, but also causing her to insult and humiliate people she should be careful around, which innevitably leads to trouble (like disciplinary probation)... That's why some find her controlling, dramatic and bitchy. Yet Sarah's strong sense of justice, bravery and her dedication to fighting for the weak earned her a very loyal (mostly male) group of best friends.
In her spare time she loves playing pool, dancing as a way to keep in shape, fashion and socialising. Her close relationship with her father is the most intimate friendship she ever had in her life and he is one of the few people who sees Sarah for the sensitive, softhearted girl she is on the inside.
Sarah is strikingly beautiful and easily captures male attention even without her charismatic personality. After getting her heart broken in her first long term relationship at age 18, she remains single by choice, despite having many suitors who run after her. Ok, she may be a bit of a tease for the fun of it, but never in a vulgar way.
She visits her mother's grave more often than she would like to admit, and always talks to her. You know, girl to girl... It's the only place Sarah feels she has permission to cry. Not that she does that often! Pfft..! But the one thing she would NEVER admit to? Her love of Korean Dramas.

Liam is calm, quiet, intelligent and a tactful person. He is not one to easily show emotion and impose himself, but his stoicism is mostly an issue of choice, rather than being an inherent personality trait. With his guard down, Liam opens up into a kind, sweet and a goofy guy with most of his insights into nature of the world reaching far beyond his age. This causes all people he chooses to open up to, to respect, value and get along with him almost by default. People who are offered a more superficial, polite and detached side of Liam, often find him deep, mysterious and tend to get the urge to provoke a reaction out of him. In many women, his apparent indifference, in combination with his music, and his effeminate form of male beauty, can even induce obsessive interest. Online, he has many adoring female fans who often send him sexual content in PMs. He's had 2 serious, year long relationships and a string of one-night stands post heartbreak.
Being a laid back kind of guy he is, Liam is annoyed by drama, trouble and arguments, which conflicts with his need to have other humans disturb the "perfect" monotony of his stale life. That's why he often opts out for passive aggressiveness and avoidance when it comes to confrontation. This annoyed the shit out of his past two girlfriends. If he does attach to a person, he'll often choose compliance as well, all to keep the peace and quiet.
In his spare time Liam likes to hang out with his brothers who bring out the repressed competitive, aggressive side of him. Main activities including wrestling, COD and cursing like sailors.

Teri appears tactless. What he thinks and the way he thinks it is often spilled in people's faces. Many, too dumb to follow, or just too insulted/hurt to see the rationality and truth in his words, conclude he is simply cruel, or even autistic, while he is, in fact, perfectly aware of what he's doing... Filtering out the "irrational, boring sheep. Or so he called most people.
Having felt wronged by the world after trying to help "those idiots" see the holes in their "pathetic security", Teri spent next few years either getting into fights, or in isolation. The person to bring him out of this was his lonely grandfather Teri was forced to visit, in order to help around the farm the old man refused to abandon, in exchange for a comfortable retirement home. The old man simply dismissed Teri's attitude and treated him like Teri needed to be treated for once in his life... Like a selfish, spoiled brat.
After his grandfather's death, Teri experienced the kind of emotional distress he never thought possible. This finally humbled him completely and he returned to the world of the living as a social human. He never abandoned his direct bluntness, honesty, nor his aggressive/dismissive attitude, but he learned to offer kindness and patience. He learned what the words "love", "dedication" and "loyalty" truly mean. He still returns to that farm from time to time.
Today his hobbies involve robot fighting (and building), "innocently" messing with his sisters for amusement and woodwork. It allowed him to make a few good male friends in the process. He is close to his parents and his two sisters and has rebuilt much needed relationships he once deemed pointless. His family embraced him back without judgement, which gave him a sense of safety for the first time in his life , making him reciprocate with loyalty and care to the best of his ability.
Teri is actually quite sexist finding all women he ever met to be idiots. Nothing against them, but he's convinced they are all morons. This has never presented an issue in getting girls (many of which actually pursued him), but he never had a stable relationship having discarded all of them after quickly getting "annoyed with their crazy bullshit". At least that's what he told his best friend right after expressing the desire to have been born a "fag" instead.
