So first off me and my boyfriend been together 1 and a half years
He calls me everyday to talk and ask how I am and stuff like that
Tonight, he called me and this was our conversation:
Him - babe i think i have mild depression
Me - why u say that?
Him - I don't know i feel depressed sometimes. So i have to see a psychologist
Me - okay.. whats wrong though?
Him - nah there's things i can't tell you
Me - but im your girlfriend?
Him - yeah you're my girlfriend but not my wife. I can't talk to you about it. there's things I can't tell you or anyone about it. I have to see a psychologist. They can help me
Me - i know im not your wife. But partners share stuff with each other
Him - yea i do share other things with you but with my personal problems, I can't. We have been together for only 1 and a half years. I dont know you as much and i dont trust you fully
Me - wtf? So you dont trust me?
Him - i do trust you but not with my personal problems. Its too personal. Its nothing to do with you. Its nothing to do with our relationship. I gotta do this on my own. I know you can't help me so there's no point in telling you. So can we drop this topic please? Can we talk about something else please?
Me - no tell me
Him - im getting annoyed. Its my problems. Not yours. Just leave it be. Leave it.
Me - whatever
Him - lets talk about something else. What are u doing tomorrow?
Me - shut up
Him - you dont wanna talk to me now? Ok fine. I will call you tomorrow then.
Then he hanged up on me

So I called him and this was our conversation:
Him - honestly, i dont feel comfortable with us anymore
Me - what do u mean?
Him - I dont trust u anymore
Me - why?
Him - u went through my phone when I was sleeping, you called another guy up when u were drunk, u lock ur facebook messenger app and your instagram. Thats a red flag. And u texted another guy few weeks ago but u hid it from me. When i asked to see the messages, you didn't let me see it. That means you're hiding stuff from me. I dont like that
Me - Im not cheating on u
Him - I know ur not cheating on me but ur hiding stuff from me. Even when someone messages u, u hide your phone away from me
Me - Im a private person
Him - U know all my passwords. I dont hide stuff from u. When i saw u locked ur messenger and instagram, I keep thinking ur hiding stuff from me. I dont like that. Next time im going through ur phone and see those messages from that guy u didn't let me see last time. If u dont, we are done. Thats not right. U dont keep things from ur partner. I dont like playing games.
Me - yeah ok u can see all my messages
Him - secondly, u don't talk much. It bothers me. Ur so quiet. Ur not lively. I want to be with someone who talks more. I know this is how u are and I can't change u. I just don't know why I'm still with u.
Me - yeah ok so what u wanna do? Are we still together? U dont see future with me?
Him - we are still together but yeh i dont see u as wife material unless you change your ways. Not hiding shit from me and talk more. One wrong thing u do again like calling another guy up or messaging other guys, we are done. I want to see us in the future but right now I can't. Im forcing myself to still be with u because Im hoping u can change ur ways and hoping u make more effort and hoping u can be more mature
If he doesn't wanna be with me anymore, why wouldn't he just leave me then?
