I wear a ton of makeup but I'm rarely told i wear "too much" but I see women who will just wear eyeliner, fill in their brows and a little lipstick and i see guys say "she wears too much makeup". I feel like it's less to do with the amount and more to do with how it was applied and how messy and unblended it looks. I added some examples of well done vs not well done makeup. I feel like most guys wouldn't think twice about the amount of makeup girls wear when it's flattering and looks good, but when makeup is done poorly i think they notice more.

So she's dressed up in heels, stockings, mini skirt, crop top and her makeup is just flawless and she has every inch of her face on. She gives off confident vibes with nice big lips and her body is unreal. Do you see a woman you appreciate, do you see a one night stand for that night, do you see just a sexy girl, a potential friend or do you see something different? And then you see a woman with no makeup on, joggers and her hair tied back. Honestly, what girl do you appreciate and respect more. The "out there" type, or the stripped back from everything type. All thoughts.

Lately I've been wearing makeup to go out in, even if it's just to the store or hanging out with friends. It gives me self-confidence and makes me feel like people can finally see me as a beautiful person. I know that looks aren't everything and beauty is in the eye of the beholder, but, I just feel like makeup enhances my looks more and it makes me feel good. Plus, I get more compliments from people when I wear makeup. I just wanna know what you guys think. Do you think girls should wear makeup if they think it'll boost their confidence? Or should they find confidence in some other way?
