So when it comes to sheer strength, I'm definitely stronger than my girlfriend... in arm wrestling, I beat her every time, and I can lift more than her. But every time, she holds up pretty well, and putting her arm down isn't always so easy. Her arms are really silky and soft, but have a heck lot of strength for a girl.

However, she's faster than me when it comes to running, more flexible, she has more energy/can exercise longer, and can do handstands whereas I can't.

Her body is also really slim, almost model-like, only with a few extra freckles and stretch marks, but not very many at all. My body is pretty good too, but I used to be fat, and I still haven't completely lost that fat. My nipples bounce a bit, and I have a bit of cookie dough in my stomach.

She's also more energetic and only needs 7 hours of sleep, whereas I need 10.

Based on this, I guess my girlfriend has more benefits... but I'm still physically stronger than her. That has to at least balance it out, right?

I was recently with a friend of mine and she pointed out her current boyfriend was not flexible and she did not like that. So I checked to see if I could touch my toes. I could barely do it. That got me wondering if flexibility is actually a requirement. We all know we do not want a stiff especially in bed but not everyone is a yoga person.
