This comes along with a funny story I can't get into on GAG due to spacial limitations, lol.

Anyway, lately every time I meet a new guy we start chatting it up and the conversation ends with the guy smiling and saying, "Will you marry me?" or "God, I love you." Their age doesn't seem to factor into it. About 12 different guys have said that to me or to one of my friends last week.

It's a joke. Definitely a joke. I'm not missing any cues or putting anyone on a Friend zone here. My questions about this are:

Why do the words would come so easily?

Are we desensitized to the intensity of what the words actually mean?

I don't wonder so much for myself, but the younger crowd would definitely end up confused or worse (taking the words at face value)!

OK so I am planing on making a Christians women club that welcome women from age 20-40s.

its a get together group to where there are multiplier activities that occur twice a month.

the activities are the following:

1) bike riding.

2) choosing topics and discussing them and fining some solutions and finding solutions for some problems .

3) watching documentaries to expand our horizon of knowledge and do some researches about it.

4) ice cream and coffee socialization night.

5) video game night.

6) bible study

7) long walks from city to city.

8) overcoming our phobias and supporting each other.

9) have fun in the kitchen where we learn new dishes and create our own.

10) poetry writing, song writing and book writing.

11) movies night with popcorn, snakes beverages.

12) learn new languages for free for example who ever is bi lingual can teach each other new languages because I'm bi lingual and I am willing ti teach any one my second language for free.

13) bored games night

14) March for Christ to where we go to neighbor hoods and spread out tracks.

15) beauty night ( makeup, new hair styles, manicure and facials.

16) dance night to where we teach each other new dances for example I know how to belly dance and am willing to give free belly dancing classes.

please give me your opinion on it. new ideas or suggestions are always welcome. so my question is do you think it will be a successful club in my community?

So I'm 18 (but look younger) and in college and yesterday I went out with some classmates for a school function. I obtained a crush while on this trip on one of the student ambassadors of my school. He was very gentleman like, we talked all thru-out (sorry I can't spell) the trip etc. Regrettably tho after adding him as a friend on facebook I learned he's twelve years older than me

(which makes him 30 but he doesn't look a day over 25)... so my question... is age an issue and do you guys think I have a chance given all the nice things he did yesterday... Which I will list below:

1st: he shared half of his sandwich with me

2: went out of his way to fit my ice-skates into his bag so I wouldn't have to carry them around all day

3: (this one made me blush) he got up and got me a box for my left over food when we all went out to get lunch (he didn't have to I would have gotten up myself)

4: lent me a dollar so I can finish paying for me lunch

so help please oh wise people!
