Iam a guy who loves food, a lot, and i love eating, for the past 20 years i've been eating whatever i wanted, and trying new stuff and eating a lot, iam not overweight though ( well i was til like 16) i used to work out and made sure to stay at a certain weight... then i started having all sorts of abdominal and chest pain, i felt like crap after eating a lot or eating certain foods, and after months of tests and visitng my doctor tand the hospital it seems i have acid reflux, a condition that means the acid in my stomach goes back up my esophagus if i lie down too quickly after eating, if i eat certain things or overeat, it can cause inflammations which are quite painful, annoying feelings and pressure in chest and stomach, bloating and other annoying sensations, i can control it and here's the problem...

Basically to 90% of the girls i meet think iam a pretty good looking guy, fun and cool, laid back and have a decent personality, iam also 6'2 and smart a well, but i can't eat chocolate, spicy food, sweets, snacks, fried food and stuff that irritate the stomach... i mean i can still eat all that but like once a week or i will feel like crap the entire time, i can't go out 3-4 times a week and eat out and buy junk food and unhealthy stuff even though i want to, but i simply can't , and it seems girls nowdays live on this stuff and take every opportunity they can to buy chocolate, junk food and snacks, and someone like me sounds like no fun at all... would any girl actually be okay with the fact that she has to eat this stuff alone most of the time cause i cant?

Okay so say your girlfriend is super-hot but has a really awful personality. Do you pay the price of being around her in exchange for great sex till you meet someone else that you like? okay so maybe she thinks it might be going somewhere but if she could see herself she would know how deluded she is - she's emotionally and verbally abusive, selfish and just a huge pain in the ass and its surely obvious the only reason you're still together is because she's so smoking hot and you never know when the next opportunity to be with a girl so sexy is gonna come along. You really want a decent relationship but lets face it its never gonna happen with her, she makes you feel like crap. What do you do?
