I had my nose peirced in 2012 when i was around 15. Now i want to peirce my earlobe again. And then the cartilage... is this disgusting? or should i just stop with two piercing in my ear?

My husband likes piercings. I like piercings too so I've decided to start thinking about what I want. I'd like some help. I realize some people hate piercings and that's fine.
I already have my ears done all that I'm willing to do.
So the choices that I'm willing to do are...

Bellybutton- I don't know it it will look that good because i don't have a completely flat stomach. Not fat just not in shape tight.
Eyebrow- not sure if I'd look good with that either.
Tongue- I've almost always wanted this but I'm chicken shit.
Venus/Christina genital piercing- 8 month healing time. But I think it's cute.

I won't do any that seem over the top.
I don't want my nipples done. The thought goes through me.
I've had my nose pierced over an over. I hate it on me. =/
If you think I might look good with a different piercing then let me know.

So my boyfriend and I have been together for 6 years and dating for 2. He us conservative and more troditional. I used to be simular but lately I have been going away with that way of thinking. Well in the last 4 months I have gotten my belly button, nose and most recently my lip pierced. My boyfriend I found out really disliked piercings. I really like them and I want to now get my cartilage on my ears pierced. He is strongly against it and I feel like I am hitting a wall with him. I respect him and his wished but I am struggling with this one. He is not controlling at all just with this topic I feel like he is. We normally don't fight at all but recently we fight a lot and it is on the subject with the piercings. He like my nose piercing and does not mind my belly but he hates my lip and has asked me to take it out for a year to see if I really want it. And then after a year he will pay to have it redone if I still choose to want it. But I really like it. It has been a constant tenting between us. I want to respect him and listen to his opinion but I am having a really hard tell with this. What should I do?
