I love my boyfriend I really do.
He always says he loves me but it is just some of the things he says.

In the beginning of the relationship even before I started to date him he had earned my trust.

He knows everything about me, down to my mistakes I have made, my favorite things, and all that crap.

But just the things he says.
A couple weeks maybe a month in he would say things like
I hope your top less ( changing in his room) or
Your never going to put out & turn sour for after a year.

Looking back I realizing he said some messed up sh*t to me.

Then he ask me if once I come home from spring break if I want to do stuff ( sexual )

I said sure think going out or doing something in town something like that.

Tbh it kind of made me mad & think lately all he wants is sex.

While he was on break he even called me asking if I would like to do stuff in bed. Then he said he couldn't care either way.

I mean I don't care if we have sex. Just not almost every time I see him & certainly not being asked over texted or phone.

If we want to do it we will do it. It will happen but anyways back to the question.

Even though he is all about sex do you really think he "loves" me?

Side note : okay I can not say he is all about sex. Just he is mostly about it. Very handsy feelly.

We do, do things like watch movies, talk, video games, etc ...

But it seams like 75% of the time it is sexual.

So I bought my bf a really nice present for Christmas and he was planning to do the same. He was going to get me some graphic novels but he let it slip and then said I could just read it online so he would get me something else. Two months later, there's still nothing. Add to that the fact he doesn't spend much time with me anymore, he always says that he's busy working but he'll send me snaps of his friends when he's off work. His only days off are Mondays and he's started to blow me off on those days too saying that he's tired and he needs to study. When we do hang out, we don't go places anymore. We just have sex and watch tv. We haven't been on a date in months.

Week before last I got stomach flu and he was so sweet and attentive. I'd told him before that I felt neglected and he said he was sorry, he's just been busy. But after I got sick he was sweet and I thought he was making an effort. So on Friday I said "what are we doing for vday" and he said that he was working and it was a better idea to go out Sunday, less people. 2pm Sunday I ask where we're going, he says he has work until 8pm and he didn't feel like doing anything. I was clearly upset but all he said was "sorry" and changed the subject.

I love this guy so much, we've been together 5 months (18F/22M). I feel physical pain when thinking about letting go of him, but every time I try to bring up my feelings or talk about something serious he just ignores it. He doesn't like talking about hard stuff. What do I do? I was thinking about giving him one more month then breaking it off. Also, I think he might be broke because he's stressed out about student loans but maybe he doesn't want to admit he can't do the same things for me he used to? I don't know
