I'm a straight Australian male been engaged 3 times but after Suffering trauma from my first mistake eg: 5 years straight of being beaten, nightly, raped a lot and drugged almost every night and the rest that I won't go into here. I haven't really had much luck with relationships and not really wanting to be very intimate and more either need to be cared for of stay alone than actually be the to part in a relationship. For this reason I don't blame the other 2 people I was involved with (who I am still friends with) breaking up with me.

I've spent the last 6 years living alone with just my cats and other pets and been fairly happy, With really just the very odd once maybe every few months lonely day.

So I'm unsure if I want to try dating again now as I'm not really normal after the trauma I went through. I'm polite, loyal and respectful, don't drink or take drugs, never have and never would hurt a lady or child. But not really the relationship type either.
