I had my birthday party and I had a couple people over later that night and we were playing basket ball and my crush showed up.(he lives a couple houses down from mine). me and my crush were playing like we normally do he would tease me on how I shot and he would find a way to touch me (blushing) like brushing up against me and stuff like that. well one of my guy friends was there to and he likes me but I told him he is my friend and nothing more. but my guy friend kept trying to fight my crush! I kept telling my guy friend to go home and he wouldn’t so I ended up crying and my crush came over and said sorry and I told him its not your fault its his. he kissed my head then left. I forgot to mention that im best friend with my crushes sister. so my crushes sister was there and she saw me crying and went home and told her parents and her parents yelled at him and punished him but I called his parents begging them to not punish him that I didn’t want to be the reason he's being punished and that their making a huge mistake that he didn’t do anything. but they didn’t tell him what I said so I was hanging out with his sister and he walks by and says “ look there's 2 snitches at one table”. I almost cried right at their at their kitchen table. he won't talk to me or even look at me. we went from spending most of the week together and we were getting so close and then this happens. we haven't talked for 2 1/2 weeks. let me tell you its really killing me inside but I can't tell him that because I don’t want to be the one to say I like you first you know? what do i do? how do i break the ice and get him to talk to me again?

I have two questions regarding male behavior...

Firstly, I became good friends with a guy in highschool. I'm the kind of person that keeps to myself, I don't put myself out there a lot. So, the only reason we became friends is because he was so persistent with talking to me. The nature of our relationship is very playful; we primarily make fun of things and tease eachother. But despite that, we considered ourselves best friends.

He said very touching things to me, like "you're like the sister I never had; I want you to be the godmother to my kids." So admist our bullshitting, we'd get personal with that stuff. And by the way he's been engaged since before I met him, but she lives in a different country. When we got to college, we would always joke about how guys flirt with me/ how people always think we're a couple/ and how we always flirt with eachother.

When he said that we flirt, I was totally caught off guard because I guess I'm an aloof person, I don't really notice guys flirting with me and I never considered flirting with my friend, simply because I've never been attracted to him romantically AT ALL LIKE NOTHING.

Recently, I started saying that I wanted to spend more time with him/ hang out/ do things together, because we don't. I wanted to have personal conversations with him instead of mostly bullshit. And his response... He literally didn't respond, just shrugged at me. And after that, he started getting quieter and quieter toward me, which hurt. Because I am a person whose very guarded/ don't make friends easily, and I'd gotten really comfortable with him.

Shortly after that, his fianceé came to visit and I got to meet her, she was really friendly and someone I could be friends with. After she left, he completely stopped talking to me. I figured he was going through a phase, I gave him time, like 2 months and he never talked to me. So i tried talking to him, no response. Tried again, no response.

Why would he act like this?

My best guy friend knows I have a crush on him. We are really close and spent all summer texting all day long and hanging out when we could. We both are in other relationships so we can't see each other too much outside of school. We talked about everything including his darkest secrets and lots of sexual stuff.

Now we are back in school and he's started being hot and cold with me. We tease and break balls a lot but just this week he's started to call me names. He called me bitch once and cunt a bunch of times. He NEVER does this when anyone else can hear. It's like an inside joke or pet name he has for me. He doesn't do this with anyone else. He knows I don't like that word, so he keeps calling me that, whispering it to me or saying it under his breath.

I told him today that it had to stop and he said it was a just a joke to " include" me? WTF? I asked if he thought I deserved to be called that and he seemed really hurt that I was hurt.

I know he likes me a lot. We touch every day, hugs, high fives, grooming each other, long eye contact, sitting all up on each other, whispering a lot, sharing food and drinks, etc. I know he loves to make me mad. He grins like an idiot and seems really pleased with himself when I threaten to murder him.

He's always teasing me about liking him, saying things like " you know you want it" and talking about his genitals and getting boners, etc. He kind of rubs it in my face that I like/want him. He also like to pretend to be an alpha male and he says I "challenge" him, by calling him on his bs.

Is this some really immature flirting technique? He says he loves me AND hates me at the same time. What does that mean? I am nothing but nice to him and I think I've made my feelings clear to him, so it's just hurtful that he does this and thinks it is somehow funny. Am I being too sensitive?

My guy friend of 3 years has always been super attentive to me, sweet, devoted like a puppy. He is always as close to me as he can get and touches my upper arm, shoulders, lower back, lets his hand rest too long on mine if he hands me st, holds eye contact forever, has played with my hair, notices EVERY little thing about my appearance, has fed me off his spoon after he'd used it, presses his arms/thighs into mine when we sit side by side and he's said he loves me, just not romantically. We tease each other a LOT and he calls me "girl"/"woman" and pretends like he's mad. He wanted to buy me a gift for "putting up with" him. He told me recently that I've been his other fave person (besides gf) for two yrs. he's been with her 18 mos.

We've both been taken the whole time we've been friends but we have become emotionally intimate and it feels like more than just friends. We messaged and texted ALL summer and talked about everything under the sun, deep stuff, silly jokes, how he's bored with his gf and wants to be free this year to "kindle new flames". He's asked me about sexual things I might be into, like bdsm, hook ups with friends, 3ways, pd sex, but the racier the q, the more he plays it off like jk, wasn't REALLY asking! But he's told me he likes me boobs and complains that gf has a boys body. He's asked me to brush stuff off his butt and never moves away if I put my hand on his thigh or play his hair/stroke his face. He's shown every sign of liking me but won't make a move. He says he hates cheaters but aren't we already cheating emotionally? He said he couldn't take the shame of kissing another girl while he has a gf. He said he doesn't want to hurt her by breaking up bc she is so in love with him, much more than he is w/her. I'm getting sick of his wallowing in misery when he could just end it if he really is as unsatisfied as he says. I told him today that I think it's unrealistic to think one person could meet all your needs/desires. What should I do?
