I am SUPER insecure about my nose. Im middle eastern so its really big, crooked, has a huge bump and the tip droops down especially when I laugh. I am fairy decent looking apart from the nose, which stands out a lot and looks completely inproportionate to the rest of my face. I really want to get a nose job once I save up enough money, but am scared about the judgements people pass. Especially people talking about how fake girls who get nose jobs are. How would you feel about someone, say a partner or even a close friend who told you they were getting a nose job? What would you think of them? and could it possibly be a deal breaker? I dont know how to tell my friends either, I dont usually express my insecurities so Im sure this will surprise them a little bit. Also, if you have had a rhinoplasty before, advice would be appreciated :)

So, we were introduced by a my very close friend (who is also his cousin)

Talked/we’re seeing each other for about 2-months, we talked all night every night for those 2-months, we got very close, just hearing each other’s voices made everything better.

In these 2-months I was very sceptical at start (I’ve been hurt before), but slowly let my guard down and without realising even though he’s completely opposite to what I’d ever go for, but I fell for him pretty bad. I get scared when things move too fast too, which is why I was quite scared when I felt like he’d fallen for me too, there were lots of things that were alarm bells that made me think we’re not just friends, we’re not still getting to know each other, we’re actually really close.

Then his cousin asked him how things are going (bear in mind she'd been asking me about how things were with him nearly every other day since we exchanged numbers)

He freaked out and the next day sent me a long text to say he’s sorry but he’s not ready for any commitment yet and won’t be for a while. He kept apologising and wanted to stay friends.

So exactly 1-week after that his cousin said to him “He shouldn’t have left things like that”, so he decided to text to see how I was, obviously I still wanted answers, cause nothing makes sense, just the night before he broke things off we were totally fine, you’d never be able to tell form our conversation that that would happen the next day.

So that text session didn’t last long, cause he just apologised and said again he isn’t ready and his life isn’t simple etc (I don’t know why but I feel that there’s more to it than just not ready for commitment). I told him how I felt in that text, and he never said much cause I said I don’t want to end up having an argument.
