Good follower: following ratio (I'm not following you unless you tell me too, I get followers through my content, not trickery)
Great inspiring questions
Great Answers
Being responsive.
No generic answers/takes. I hate hearing feelgood stuff I hear 100 times every day.
Stop getting my questions removed (lol)
Less swearing
Less flirting
Less t*****ng
Mannerism but not act like a fake nice guy lol

I started out with 55% MHO when I joined... but yeah...
The Problem is I don't have as much time as before, but there will be much more quality in my content.

I also want to practice some influencer marketing for my other businesses. I got great followings on Quora and karma on Reddit. I even got social media on Pornhub lol.

So yes?

You guys reckon I can be influencer here?

The mechanic by which they are inmediately but in featured questions makes them get most of the attention making it harder for other questions from anyone else to get lits of answers. I've talked to masters and gurus who have been here longer and have dedicated more attention to gag. and they have told me that becoming an influencer isn't a question of dedication more than it is being a pet of the moderators. is this true?

So, I have recently come across a threat where for some reason, my comments kept disappearing.
This has happened before, but I didn't care to talk much about it.

Now I've had it.
I know at least 4 or 5 moderators on this site who actively abuse their power, and delete comments that are simply not to their liking.

I am curious, have you encountered such a proble yourself?

Also, do you think there should be a way to keep a check on moderators? For example, they could only moderate comments that were reported by other users?

HOW TO BE MODERATOR ON G@G

The success rate of a user's reports is an important criterion to be selected as a Moderator. You can report unsuitable content by clicking the overflow menu (3 vertical dots) in the top right corner of any post. All reports are evaluated by the admins and the success rate on reports by every user is calculated by the system automatically. A user with a high percentage of success rate on reports is more likely to get a Moderator invitation.
