Does it piss you off when g@g users give one-word answers to every question just to hog xper points for a gift card?

I think gag should only award a xper point to the user if his/her answer gets an upvote from the asker and extra points should be awarded to those whose answers get chosen as the most helpful.

How many Xper points do you get for asking and answering a question?

I heard that you get (+4) for every question you answer but It seems like I only get points for log in (+10) and when I get an upvote (+1) or most helpful opinion (+7).
