I dated a girl who told me when she got married and her husband wanted to control everything and cared nothing for her or her son, so she left. Her son never sees his father (lives in another country). She then married a man that eventually said he didn’t care for her and, after several years of marriage never sees his adopted son who he helped raise through teenage years. She got pregnant with her second ex and then chose to have it aborted because he adamantly didn’t want it. Near the end, she told me she hadn’t had her period. Yes, condoms can fail. She told me she didn’t want to have kids, I hadn’t gotten around to telling her I’d had a vasectomy. In retrospect it appears to have been a pattern when she found a guy she liked she “accidentally” got pregnant. Just, didn’t work on me. Ever experience this?

For this question I am asking if men should pay for things such as Planned Parenthood through their taxes. This does not target any specific "situation" regarding birth control as a medical procedure (such as abortion for a rape victim) nor does this broach the topic of religion. This question is SPECIFICALLY aimed at the morality behind charging men money for something they cannot use themselves. A similar situation would be providing free condoms or vasectomy procedures to men, paid with taxes to make it "free". Please include a comment explaining your ideology on the subject.
