my boyfriend cheated on me twice. the first time he said it was bcos i was busy with school (which is bullshit bc i still talked to him super frequently) and he had to keep himself busy so he found another girl. we fought and i said i want to break up. he was super apologetic and kept begging me to stay, telling me that he will change so i forgave him. after 6 months of peacefulness he cheated again. this time i wasn't busy with anything and spent time with him A LOT. but he got too close to another girl. he told me it's because she's a super close friend who went away for months so while catching up the old days, he got carried away. he told me that this time he will REALLY change. but i don't know. i can't bring myself to break up even tho im really hurt bc im a coward and i can't bear losing him. and he's a REALLY great boyfriend honestly. will he really change? can he really change? im so scared because i dont know if i can take another blow. can someone please talk to me and give me advice. i need it a lot.

so my boyfriend cheated on me. not physically bcos it was long distance but emotionally. he exchanged flirty texts with her, called her everyday and ignored my messages. he also lied to me just for her. his reason was because i was too busy with school and he had to find a way to occupy himself or else he will miss me too much and be sad. that was 1 month into the relationship and i know im dumb but i forgave him after he showed that he is really sorry and sincere to change. (actually 6 months after, he did something similar that hurt me but thats a different story) anyways after we got back together i still frequently got reminded by the past and threw fits at him and got angry. but it's because i was really hurt and angry that he actually did that to me. he then got angry because he thinks that I'm holding on to grudges and bringing up the past even though he already apologized and is trying to change. im just wondering, am i wrong for being angry and scolding him even after the issue ended? (sorta but my hurt hasn't end) and by being angry that i "brought up the past" does that mean that he's actually not apologetic for what he did? like why would he even be angry that im angry that he cheated on me...
