Dylan is 16 years old. He's a human that was born with the vector virus that caused horns to grow out his head while he was in his mothers womb. these horns give him telekinesis abilities and vectors he can also use to slice through objects, including people and he can kill in seconds. Dylan is typically a very sweet, shy boy who took a simple pleasure in being alive, helping others and caring for animals while he lived with his parents. He was taken away from his parents at 13 and was placed with a government research institute. While there, they tortured him, beat him black and bloody, drowned him, poured boiling water on him, starved him, broke his bones, locked him up in a cell with his own bodily fluids, and locking him up alone for long periods of time while he was either naked or in freezing temperatures. Dylan snapped and killed 3 of the workers there. When he was 17, he was taken away from them and lived with a 37 year old female scientist who ordered Dylan to kill 12 people, if he didn't she threatened to take him back to the research institute and torture him all over again but for longer. When she got angry with him she told him how his parents should of aborted him when they had the chance. so Dylan killed the 12 people.
