I'm sure a lot of you heard of the dating app called Bumble. There's also a BFF (friends) option, where girls can meet girls and become friends.

The BFF option is the one I used. I started talking to this girl "Ashley." We learned that we shared a lot of the same interests and got along really well. Two months later, we decided to meet at a local restaurant for the first time. (This is also the last time I've seen her).

Right before we were supposed to meet, Ashley and her boyfriend broke up. It was immediately after we met, things started getting really messy with Ashley and her boyfriend, to the point the court is involved.

I feel like Ashley loves drama and she's purposely adding fuel to the fire when it doesn't have to be. It feels like she's asking for more trouble.

At the same time, I can't really judge or assume what's really going on because I only know her side of the story. Anyways... the drama is ongoing and it's annoying and I don't want to be involved.

I don't know if I came into her life at the wrong time, or what. But here's the question... which one is best?

I am easily taken advantage on. People say I'm too nice but I think I just cannot read social cues. Anyways I just want to see what others think of this situation. I have a friend I met few months ago. We share neighborhood, university and job. At work she was scolded by my manager because to him, she was taking advadvantage of me. Id take her shifts all the time just cus she wanted to go partying or eat out. But besides this inccident i haven't had any other troubles. We have three classes together and I kept asking her if she wanted to share books and we can pay half. She kept saying yea but never actually told me she was gonna do it. Once the classes started, teacher said we need them. So i ordered all three books online which was cheaper. I let her know 3 times where i got it and how she could get it too. She said ok, kinda zoned out the first time and ignored me the last time. Today in all three of my classes we had asignments in our text book and during class she asks me if she can take a picture of it. I feel she low key wants to share my book without paying a dime. Now im not sure if im being petty or not, but we arnt close. She never does anything for me nor favors. I feel if it was someone else itd be ok. But since its her im feeling alittle uneasy about the situation. Especially since she has a reputation at school for taking advantage of people and faking to make people pay for her things. I want to know. Am i being petty or does it sound like she's trying to take advantage of me?
