It seems to me that these days men in general aren't allowed to have standards. and if a man dares to admit that he dislikes a certain trait in a potential partner many people start accusing him of all sorts of things, basically if a guy wants a girl that is not a slut he is called weak, insecure and with no character, if a guy wants a girl who is a good mother and can cook and clean he is deemed an asshole or too shitty of a boyfriend, if a guy doesn't want a girl who has plenty of guy friends he's called insecure and should just shut up and deal with it cause a girl is not going to change anything to make the guy she wants to marry happy, and the list goes on...

But what about women standards? they haven't changed much really, tall, good looking, good job, money, fun and interesting personality and being wanted by other females, which is why players get all the chicks, ( lets be realisitic here, they have sex a lot... with women, so saying that their games dont work on women is dumb and ignorant at best ) .

Wife goes to a male coworkers house yesterday (day before Valentine's day) to get "a tattoo". Probably did it in his room. He lives with family. she wouldn't change the date of getting the tattoo. said she all ready paid him for it. Says it'll only take 2-3/hours to get about five big stars and a few tiny ones. she texts 4 hours later saying it's gonna take some more time to finish because "the tattoo gun broke & needs to fixed" so in short. she's getting something permanently placed on her shoulder ( i believe getting a tattoo is kinda of an intimate thing considering its permanent.) by a coworker at his house, possibly in his room, on the night before Valentines day; then say you need more time. Does Any of that sound right?
Now behind the scenes: i originally thought she was going to get it done at tatoo parlor. I don't trust the guy. He acts like player from what I hear. My wife talks highly of him all the time. she laughs at all the text or snap chats he sends her. they hangout a lot even though she says they're with her other co-workers. who are are a couple and best friends with the guy. I work nights. with commute I'm gone 12 hours. she leaves the kids with her sister when she goes hangs out when I'm at work. He did art work on a laptop case of hers. she's bought him random gifts throughout the year from the dollar store. i dont even do that for my friends unless it birthday or Christmas. she's never done that before. I'm sure there's other stuff to list but I my gut tells me something isn't right and doesn't sit well with me. I've confronted her about it and she denies cheating on me. she says she doesn't find him attractive when I've heard her say other. she says I'm tripping. I was a paralegal/investigator for family/criminal law. so maybe she's right. but when so many red flags go off & so many coincidences it's hard not to see or connect them. probably got chalk it up to paranoia so the kids don't suffer. but i just wanna here some of your thoughts.

Sometimes I can't help but to think since women are the one's be changing their minds on a guy who she use to turn down so many times cause she thought he was just a creepy immature player who only wants one thing, but later own in life, as she gets to know him better, she sees how sweet and genuine he is and decides to give him a chance and both him and her became a couple and sometimes end up married. Or the kind of guy who is usually not her type, she goes for tall guys, but that short guy was was too much of a nice kept being persistent, so she gives in and she falls in love with him... A guy meeting a girl for the first time is like him being on a job interview.

When am I going to hear about a girl kept chasing after a guy she's head of heels, despite the fact that he kept putting her in the friendzone, still she wouldn't let that stop her from wanting to win him over, cause she sees he's not your typical guy, he takes relationships seriously. And i don't see nothing with a woman going after that hard to get guy, cause women can't always be the golden prize for a guy to have to win, that's what makes me think women must be better than men.
