It's a long story but I'll keep it short. My boyfriend and I met when we were in grade school. Shortly after starting 5th grade, my mother (and died in the accident) wronged his mother in a terrible manner.

Ever since his mother and my father banned our friendship. We would still sneak around. One day his mother caught us playing. She slapped the hell out of me, screaming ''get away from my child you dirty girl, homewrecker just like your mother''. His mother and him reolocated to another state and did everything to keep us apart.

9 years later and we saw each other again. When his mother found out she was very upset. Upon seeing me, she slapped me hard saying almost the same thing she told me back then. I stared at her with such hatred and slapped her back with the same force. She still had the nerves to complain and be shocked. I explained to her that I'm not a kid anymore and it was really her son that sought me out, resumed contact with me, asked me out on a date (not the other way around) and it proceeded from there on.

Even my boyfriend thinks his mother deserved it. When she complained to him about the little red mark from my slap, he already knew his mother started it. But what do you think. Was it right?
