I think of you at red lights, when I'm drinking coffee in the morning, during late night movies, while writing the date on my paper in class. But to be truthful, you're on my mind at 11am and 11pm, and all the time in between. You linger in my head like your cologne on my clothes until the second I drift into sleep, and you occur to me in the moments before I open my eyes in the morning. I spend the intervals in between seconds thinking of the freckles on your face, and your flawless, innocent smile. And when I wake up alone at 4am, I crave to hear the sound of your sleepy voice and feel your hands around my waist. I so badly want to hear your heartbeat, and taste your lips every time I go to sleep next to an empty space where you should be. Fuck me for being so cliche, but I swear your eyes are just like the stars, mysterious, hiding countless secrets, yet somehow still so familiar, and never unrecognizable even in the darkest of nights. Kissing you elevates me so high up into the clouds that it's an instant reflex to smile immediately after my lips leave yours. And every single time you open your mouth to speak, I feel myself sinking deeper into love with you, falling closer towards the point of no return with every word you say.
You are nothing less than perfect.

Please help, and link me your questions too ? In high school, I was little miss sunshine. And I guess I still am. Innocent. And there’s this guy (of course) and we had a deep emotional connection, but nothing ever came out of it, mainly because of lack of attraction on his part, I think. I was homely. A bit chunky. Awkward. Since then, I’ve come into my own. I am still true to myself, kind to everyone, uphold my morals. I’ve been told I am the kind of girl you wanna take home to meet your mom. Also I lost weight, and became very comfortable with myself, and a lot more confident. I haven’t EVEN KISSED anyone yet, not that I haven’t had offers, mainly because I am stuck on kyle.



He and I have years of this emotional connection thing going on. He’s told me his fears, insecurities, ambitions, home life issues etc. and visa versa. He told me hundreds of times, literally, that I am the ‘kindest, most amazing and positive person’ he has ever met. He knew I had a crush on him when we were 15, but he thinks I got over it. We still check in on one another, probably once a month, (it’s been just a year) usually via a 6 hour essay-like texting session. We always pick up right where we left off.This sounds cheesy but it’s like he can make my entire soul smile just by smirking at me a certain way. I’m totally smitten and in absolute adoration of him.

He is moving back to town, from a job, to go to the local college I attend. I want to kinda show him what he’s been missing out on all these years. Even to just get him to see that he is possibly attracted to me, and we could be something. But I do not under any circumstances want to ruin our friendship. Advice?
